While you focus on winning, we’ll focus on the bookkeeping so you don’t have to. We specialize in virtual bookkeeping for insurance agencies using the Applied Epic agency management system.

We understand the urgency behind growing your business, and the importance of your time. Your time is best spent building relationships and doing what matters most to you.

Expanding your list of clients is the goal, but this growth is interrupted by time consuming and tedious bookkeeping tasks. Juggling your growth and your bookkeeping maintenance is frustrating and could put you a step behind the competition.

Ask yourself:

  • Do direct bill commission reconciliations take too much time to complete?
  • Are your commission downloads not always matching the money received?
  • Is keeping up with agency bill reconciliations and payments to carriers overwhelming?
  • Do financed transactions with endorsements and cancellations want to make you throw up your hands?

If the answer is yes to any of the above questions or if none of that made sense, your first step is to give us a call or select:

We’ll talk, make a plan, and figure the best way to help you save yourself more time.

Hi, I’m Beth with Conner Insurance Group. We started with Applied Epic in August of 2019, but left the accounting in the background while working on setting up our system. I needed help so I called Honey at Tracking Transactions and she helped us get organized and set up to exactly where we needed to be. We would highly recommend her services. – Beth Conner, Conner Insurance Group
